Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will offer a full replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.

 

Change of Mind

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, your order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
